If you intend to elect life insurance and health benefits as outlined in the Health Benefits booklet, you will need to elect these benefits within 31 days of your start date shown in your offer letter.

There are several ways you can access the MyHR login portal to elect your benefits after your official Sunday start date.

• From any internet browser, go to myhr.parkview.com
• On parkview.com, scroll to the For Employees section at the bottom of the page and select MyHR
• Visit https://parkviewhealth.sharepoint.com/sites/Pulse and click the MyHR tile in the Most Popular Sites section on the right side

Log in to MyHR using your network login credentials. You can obtain these credentials from your department leader. Once logged in, you will select the "Make Benefits Elections" tile.
