There’s no getting around it: accidents happen. And so do serious cuts, high fevers, minor burns and other sudden-onset problems that might send you to the emergency room in search of help.

When you need medical attention for a minor emergency, our Fast Track process can get you in and out of the ER faster.

And if the situation is more serious, you’ll have the full support of the Parkview ER right there to help.

We know your time is valuable, and the constant goal of our dedicated board-certified emergency physicians and highly experienced clinical team members is to provide you with the best possible emergency care in a rapid, safe and appropriate manner.

Our ERs serve people with every condition from minor emergencies to catastrophic, life-threatening injuries. We created The Fast Track Process as a means to treat patients who have less severe illnesses or injuries more quickly.

While there may still be a short wait involved, on average, patients who receive care at Parkview Hospital Randallia are shown to an exam room within 10 minutes of their arrival in the ER and are seen by a physician within 20 minutes.*

Convenient connection to your electronic health record

If you have a Parkview Physicians Group doctor, or have been a patient recently at any Parkview facility, you’ll experience the added benefit of already having an electronic medical record (EMR): Your care team will immediately be able to access information in your EMR that could have a bearing on your care, including your allergies, current medications and ongoing medical conditions.
