How it works

E-Visits use online smart form technology to quickly guide you through questions about your symptoms. Once completed, a Parkview provider will review and respond within one business day with an individualized treatment plan, E-Visits can be completed at any time and provide a fast, secure way to receive the care you need without leaving your home or office. Simply log-in to your MyChart account and click the “eVisit” icon on your screen.

When to use it

Receive a personalized treatment plan when you complete this symptom-based questionnaire. Common uses would include addressing:

• Urinary problems
• Back pain
• Red eye
• Cough
• Diarrhea
• Headache
• Heartburn
• Sinus problems

When to expect results

Once you access and complete the questionnaire through your MyChart account, you will receive your personalized treatment plan from a qualified healthcare provider within 24 hours. To maintain patient privacy, this service is not available for teens 14-17 years of age.

The cost

Each E-Visit is a $39 fee, which is processed at the time the treatment plan is released.  If Parkview is unable to treat you during the eVisit, we will recommend an in-person visit, but will not charge for the eVisit.
