Why choose the Parkview Student Nurse Program?
- Flexibility
Going to school out of the region? You can plan your schedule based on when you’re home, or on nights, weekends, holidays and breaks. And, because you work when your nurse mentor/preceptor works, you can plan your schedule around theirs. Day or night shifts are available.
- Compensation
All positions include competitive pay rates as you learn the ins and outs of nursing through one-on-one mentorship with a registered nurse.
- Culture
Become a part of the Parkview family! Discover our culture of caring and our commitment to delivering excellent care to every person, every day.
- Opportunity
Work with and learn one-on-one with nurses who are part of a nationally recognized, Magnet-status health system. These programs provide 24+ hours of training before being on the medical floor. This includes 16 hours of clinical training with instructors before being on the assigned floor.
