At Parkview, you’ll find the Imaging team is hard working team in which members support one another and put patients at the forefront of everything we do.
Several career paths exist for professional development of imaging team members who wish to expand their skills, knowledge, and career progression.
Imaging care advancement pathway is a program that rewards and recognizes those imaging professionals who reflect higher-level clinical competencies and engagement. The program includes three levels of competency. Upon employment, a new imaging team member will typically be employed at level 1 or 2, based on their certification status. An application process is required for imaging team members ready to pursue level 3 or level 4 status.
At Parkview, you may complete on-the-job training for several advanced modalities. Parkview also offers a career ladder that provides up an additional $4.50/hour pay for team members who successfully complete all three tier level requirements.
