Julie Fleck, RN

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Parkview Ortho Hospital

Julie Fleck joined Parkview Health in 2005 as senior vice president and chief operating officer of the Parkview Ortho Hospital. In this role, Fleck is responsible for daily operations, including employee management, financial review and leadership of the management team. Alongside Dr. Alan McGee, she is the ortho service line leader and has responsibility for orthopedic services delivered at all Parkview locations.

Julie is also the chief operating officer of Parkview SurgeryONE, which joined Parkview Ortho Hospital in 2013, and she oversees the operation of Parkview Sports Medicine, partnering with 35 high schools and colleges in northeast Indiana.

Julie currently serves on the executive leadership team for the Aging and In-Home Services Board of Allen County. In 2021, she assisted Aging and In-Home Services on a partnership with Parkview to open a PACE program in Allen County.

Fleck is an RN and has a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Wisconsin Concordia University.
