Chuck Clark

President, Parkview Behavioral Health Institute

Chuck Clark joined Parkview Health in 2009 and was appointed president of Parkview Behavioral Health in 2018. As the current president of the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute, Chuck partners with Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ahsan Mahmood to lead the operations and strategic direction of the Institute, which includes Parkview Behavioral Health, Park Center and Parkview Physicians Group – Psychiatry.

Chuck serves on the boards of directors for the Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Centers, General Healthcare Systems Leadership Committee of National Association for Behavioral Healthcare. In northeast Indiana, he also serves on the boards of Vincent Village, Recovery Health Services, Bryon Health Systems and the Byron Foundation. 

Clark has a master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
