Meet our team
Parkview Health has providers specially trained in coordinating care for those approaching end of life or who need assistance managing pain or other symptoms. These physicians work with the larger care team to provide services throughout northeast Indiana. Our care team includes physicians, specially trained Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PAs), registered nurses, therapists and others who work together to deliver comprehensive care.
