Write a Will / Leave a Legacy Program

As part of the 2020 Write a Will / Leave a Legacy program, presented by Charitable Gift Planners of Northeast Indiana, our community members and Parkview co-workers who need a first will now have an opportunity to have one prepared free of charge. This is all thanks to the generosity of local attorneys who have volunteered their time to Parkview Foundations. 

Details about Write a Will:

• All wills will be provided free of charge when you provide at least one charitable contribution within your will. 
• This free, one-hour session with a local attorney will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis for those who register at the form below.
  • Please be sure to select the date, time, and location that will work for you. These one-hour intake sessions can occur either in-person or virtually based upon your access and the attorney’s access to virtual services.
  • Please consider including Parkview Foundations as a not-for-profit organization in your free will as your gift will help our community for years to come. 

This free opportunity is available to the public, so spread the word to your friends and family. A will is the tool needed to ensure that your wishes to provide for your family and your favorite charity(ies) are fulfilled.
