Proceeds from the Parkview Foundation’s 26th Annual Golf Classic presented by Wells Fargo will benefit our mission for our community – to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, person-centered care to more than 65,000 persons living with diabetes, and over 150,000 living with prediabetes. Through your participation, you will support our Diabetes Center for Excellence and the needs associated with patient care, department equipment and technology, staff education and training, and operational expenses. You can provide the support and care to someone in need as they discover new ways to maintain healthy habits and manage their diabetes.

Lexus Champions for Charity Raffle
$75 enters you for the chance to play in the Lexus Champions For Charity December 9-13, 2020. This is a two person, better-ball tournament featuring play at Pebble Beach, Spy Glass Hill and Spanish Bay. The winner of the raffle will receive a hospitality package including meals, golf fees, hotel accommodations and airfare allowance for two (2). The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the golf package. The drawing will be held on September 21, 2020 during the Parkview Foundation Golf Classic. Ticket information coming soon.
In the event the outing cannot be held as planned, your fees will be considered a donation. Refunds will be issued upon request.
